The Live Healthy Nutrition Challenge is how people across the country are learning to make healthy choices when it comes to their nutrition!. By competing in Live Healthy you will begin to form healthy habits through physical activity and improved nutrition.
Friends, families and coworkers form teams that track their food consumption and answer questions about their eating habits each week. The goal is to eat a variety of nutritious foods with the appropriate servings of fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, dairy and water.
•Step 1: Start a Team! Form a team of 2-10 people. Gather your team's email addresses.
•Step 2: Choose a Team Name and Team Captain! Team captain must have an e-mail address.
